If possible, sealed bicycle storage should be available, appropriate for long periods of time (see <a href=\"https:\/\/boost.up.pt\/en\/roadmap\/measures-selection\/estacionamento-para-bicicletas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Bike Parking Ne<\/u>twork<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ideally, the programme should include the provision of Bike sharing systems (see <a href=\"https:\/\/boost.up.pt\/en\/roadmap\/measures-selection\/bicicletas-partilhadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Bike sharing systems<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The programme should be well divulged and include instructions on how to use the facilities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Monitor citizens&#8217; adaptation to changes and reformulate measures to respond to users&#8217; needs, without compromising sustainable ideals (See <a href=\"https:\/\/boost.up.pt\/en\/roadmap\/measures-selection\/gestao-monitorizacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Management, monitoring and maintenance<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Explain the principles behind the measures taken so that their need and functioning are clear (See <a href=\"https:\/\/boost.up.pt\/en\/roadmap\/measures-selection\/informacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Information<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
